Steps to make Bruschetta:
- In kadhai add and heat oil, add chopped onion and saute till pinkish in colour. Add chopped capsicum, green chilli,tomato pieces mix and saute for 3-4 mins. Add sweet corn and salt. Mix well.
- Apply butter on both sides of garlic bread slices. Airfry/ Bake in oven for 2 -3 mins at 180 temperature. Spread prepared veggie mixture on one side of each toasted garlic bread slices…as shown in fig.
- Sprinkle little tomato sauce and grated cheese on top. Airfry/Bake in oven for 5-8 mins at 180 temperature till cheese melts.
- Relish/ Serve Delicious Bruschetta with tomato ketchup & potato chips.
