- Then fold both sides of your omelette up to make an oval parcel. Put a plate on top of your pan (one hand hold your pan’s handle and one hand hold on to the back of your plate) flip over your pan so you transfer your omelette into your plate up side down.
- Then use kitchen towel cover your omelette to form it to the rugby shape.
- Add some more tomato katchup before serve. It’s so so comfortingly delicious!!
