  9. mix all your ingredients until it is all incorporated
  10. taste the sauce and adjust according to your standards
  11. let it cook for about 2 to 3 mins then turn off the heat.
  12. IN YOUR BOWL add the pasta and the sauce mix it well; leave small servings of sauce for garnishing
  13. add the remaining sauce on top of the pasta to make it more festive and delicious in the eyes.
