  2. Get Half kilo of beef
  3. Get 2 medium sized dry fish

  5. Prepare 5 cups banga
  6. Take 1 small bunch of Atama leave
  7. Get 2 heap table spoons of crayfish
  8. Take Half uyayak
  9. Prepare 2 stock cube

Instructions to make Abak Atama soup:
  1. Season your goat meat with stock cube and salt and set on fire, add the beef and stock fish half way boiling, then boil till tender.
  2. Boil your banga till soft, then pound to extract it's juice.
  3. Pour the banga into your cooking pot then set in fire, boil for about ten minutes, then add your uyauak spice, meat and meat stock and continue cooking
  4. Wash your dry fish and add
  5. Add cry fish and dry pepper and cook till it starts to thicken
  6. Wash your Atama leaves then shred finely, add it to the soup when it has thickened to your desired consistency, cook for few more minutes and bring down.
