- Make ready Half kilo of goat meat
- Get Half kilo of beef

- Boil your banga till soft, then pound to extract it's juice.
- Pour the banga into your cooking pot then set in fire, boil for about ten minutes, then add your uyauak spice, meat and meat stock and continue cooking
- Wash your dry fish and add
- Add cry fish and dry pepper and cook till it starts to thicken
- Wash your Atama leaves then shred finely, add it to the soup when it has thickened to your desired consistency, cook for few more minutes and bring down.
