  17. Take 4 leaves Kaffir lime, teared at the leaves edge
  18. Take 1/2 can Coconut cream
  19. Take 2 cups/more warm water from the kettle
  20. Take Rice Bran oil for deep-fry
  21. Prepare 2 Potatoes, peeled cut into small cubed,steam for 20'
  22. Get 1 handful frozen peas, parboil for 5'
  23. Get 1 fresh tomato cut into chunks

  4. Turn off the fire and remove & transfer the cooked Yellow veges gravy onto a deep serving dish.Put on top the fried fish pieces. To serve: scoop the cooked Fish with own gravy on top of the steam rice with a small bunch of curly lettuce at side plate, scoop also the French beans mixture & 1 tbs Indonesian Sambal on top of steamed rice.
