For the Mousse: In a food processor, add all the mousse ingredients except for the bittersweet chocolate. Pulse a few times until smooth. Using a double boiler, melt chocolate morsels. Throw avocado, cocoa powder, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor and you have a chocolatey dessert just like that. I topped mine with crushed cashews but top with fresh fruit or your favorite nuts.
