- Peel off the mango skin using a serrated knife or a peeler and cut out the cheek part if it. Cut the remaining mango in small pieces.

- Cut the cake top and give it a dome shape by carving sides. Then, cut it in to three layers horizontally.

- Add some whipped cream on a cake board and place the bottom most layer on it. Sprinkle some simple syrup (made by mixing 1/2 cup water, 2 tbsp sugar and some vanilla essence) followed by some mango pieces.

- Repeat the same steps for second cake layer. - 5. To make the petals, cut thin slices from the mango cheeks leaving some margin on sides. - 6.
