- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Slice lemon into thin slices
- Place half of lemon slices on a baking pan or casserole dish
- Season shrimp with Italian seasoning
- Place shrimp evenly onto baking dish
- Melt the butter and olive oil together and pour over shrimp
- Place remain lemons over shrimp and place into the oven
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
Sprinkle the dry Italian dressing mix on top of shrimp. Place shrimp and remaining lemon mixture in a resealable plastic bag; seal bag and shake to coat shrimp. Melt the butter in a large, heavy skillet (I love making this in my wok!). Pour melted butter onto pan, place sliced lemons on the butter, and place shrimp on top of the lemon slices. Lay shrimp on top of butter and lemons.
