Cool the cake for 20-30 mts and then overturn onto a plate. - - Icing : I bought whipped cream from store and using electric blender did the frosting (u can add col into this) - - Cut the cake in 2 layers. On 1st layer spread ras of rasmalai nicely. Then put some crumbled rasmalai over it. Now put a layer of icing on it.Next put another layer over this. Again sprinkle ras and spread icing. Keep this in fridge for 2 hrs minimum.
  4. After that, coat 1 extra layer of icing and decorate with rasmalai and dry fruits. Keep 8n fridge for atleast 4 hrs before serving.

This cake is a combination of rasmalai and eggless cardamom cake. You can make this cake with homemade or store bought rasmalai, anything works fine.
