  4. add the orange juice and zest and vanilla
  5. divide the mixture into 3
  6. to 1/3 add the cocoa powder and mix well
  7. to another 1/3 add purple food colouring enough to reach the desired shade.
  8. the third 1/3 leave white
  9. spoon the mixture into your prepared cake tin 1 spoon of each colour until you have used up all mixture
  10. bake and enjoy
