- In a mixing bowl place the drained red beans, 2 eggs, chopped onion and some parsley. Mix for the first time until you obtain a smooth puree.
- Add flour and breadcrumbs and mix again for a few seconds.
- Heat some olive oil on a pan. Take one tbsp of the prepared paste and place in on the pan shaping a small steak.
- After about 4-5min turn them on the other side and fry for a few more minutes.
- Serve hot with some fries and a salad.
