  6. Wrap in foil for 1 hour 30 minutes - I basted mine every 20 to 30 minutes. - Open your foil for the last part of cooking.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Rub the paste over the lamb, coating all sides. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lamb and cook, turning as needed, until browned on all sides. Place the lamb in the crock pot. Mince the remaining garlic, then add it to a large bowl, along with the bread crumbs, parsley, and rosemary.
